1. Acceptance

By browsing, registering or buying on this site you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use it.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD), depending on the selected currency, and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Photographs are illustrative; pieces may vary slightly. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders with obvious pricing errors, fully refunding any payment.

3. User account

To buy you need an account with truthful information and a verified WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for activity on your account.

4. Orders and payments

When you check out we reserve the pieces for the duration of your payment session. Card payments are processed immediately; OXXO and SPEI payments must be completed within the period shown on the payment slip, or the order will be cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; Maison Élan does not store your card details.

5. Shipping

Governed by our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and guarantee

Governed by our returns policy and the authenticity guarantee.

7. Intellectual property

The designer brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the authentic products we sell. Maison Élan is an independent reseller: it is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those brands. The design, text and images of this site belong to Maison Élan.

8. Limitation of liability

Maison Élan is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, or for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ciudad de México, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
