Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit or debit card, SPEI bank transfer and cash at OXXO (OXXO has a limit of $10,000 MXN per payment). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Can I pay in US dollars?

Yes. You can switch the currency to USD at the top of the site. Dollar payments are card-only.

How long does my order take?

We prepare your order within 1 business day(s) and DHL delivers in 1-2 to 4-7 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my parcel?

You will receive your tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also follow the journey from your account under My orders.

Why do I need an account to buy?

To save your bag, your addresses and your order history, and to verify your number via WhatsApp. Anyone can browse the catalog without signing up.
