We prepare your order within 1 business day(s) after your payment is confirmed. Estimated transit times:

• Mexico City and State of Mexico: 1-2 business days
• Central Mexico: 2-3 business days
• Rest of Mexico: 3-5 business days
• Extended areas: 4-7 business days
• United States: 4-7 business days

Cost

The cost is calculated when you choose your address. Free shipping on purchases from $3,000 MXN.

Tracking

You will receive your tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel ships, and you can follow its journey in real time from your account under My orders.

• Make sure your address and phone number are complete: DHL will contact you to arrange delivery.
• When receiving, check the parcel in front of the courier. If it arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours.
